Zen Payments Issues
If you have a recurring charge from Zen Payments that you wish to cancel, first please sign into the site and then click/tap the Manage Subscription link in the footer. Then click the Cancel Subscription button. If there are any issues with this process, feel free to email us at support@shorethang.com
CC Bill Issues

Complaints
For all complaints, please contact us through the contact form below. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days. That resolution will then be communicated to the Complainant.
